These two designs were done many many years ago for one of my favorite bands from back home— the Old 97’s. They’re still running around, I’m happy to say, and even brought the “Use” shirt out of retirement for one of their recent tours.

Their manager never paid me for the work. Ah, well.
Just another family project that I think’s worth putting out there for the edification of the few. Good luck finding these little knittables in the thrift stores anymore. That ship has sailed unless you want to make them all yourself.
Some friends asked me to help create a soap box racer for the [Portland Adult Soapbox Derby](http:www.soapboxracer.com). They would handle engineering the car if I would tackle the concept and crafting.
